The Bath International Music Festival is one of the most prestigious music festivals in the UK, celebrates it's 60th anniversary in 2008.
Artistic Director Joanna MacGregor’s programme features an eclectic lively mix of classical, contemporary, jazz, world, electronica and folk music, which draws on the best of the past whilst looking boldly to the future.
This year’s Festival includes performances by the London Symphony Orchestra, directed by former Festival Artistic Director Sir Colin Davis, the Great Voices of Bulgaria choir, and opera from the Armonico Consort. |
